ORDERING & DELIVERY
The minimum order is 10 bottles, whether you are an agent or a consumer.
We charge a flat rate of R65 for local delivery. Outlying areas may cost up to R100.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to track online.
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your area. Outlying regions may take a little longer.
No, we currently deliver within South Africa only.
Returns & Refunds
The minimum order is 10 bottles, whether you are an agent or a consumer.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue, and we need to receive the returned goods within 7 days of delivery.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and it meets the returns criteria, we will send the replacement product to you within a week.
Agents
All you need to do is complete your details, purchase a Reseller Kit, and you’ll automatically become an agent. It’s that simple.
There are no joining fees, it is free to become an agent.

Yes — to maintain agent pricing, you’ll need to place at least one monthly order of 15 bottles or more.
No. You are an independent reseller responsible for your own sales and tax.
Yes, you may use all the marketing material available on the website for download, but you may not edit or alter any branding.
