We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa through our trusted courier partners. For addresses located in main centers, delivery typically takes between one and five business days. If you are in an outlying or remote area, delivery may take longer. Please be aware that delivery timelines can vary depending on your location, the courier’s workload, or unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees
We offer reliable door-to-door delivery nationwide. Our standard delivery fee is R80 for all areas across South Africa.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been booked for delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your order until it reaches you.
4. Delivery Restrictions
At present, we deliver only within South Africa. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a valid street address when placing your order. Ensuring your address details are accurate will help prevent any delays in the delivery process.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as bad weather, courier backlogs, incorrect address details, or peak seasonal periods. Should any issues arise, we will assist you in following up with the couriers to resolve the problem.
