1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us on support@dotfragrances.co.za within 24 hours with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We will replace the damaged goods once verified. Items cannot be replaced if delivered to an address different from the original delivery address.
2. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to return your items. Returns cannot be processed after this period.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Only goods that are defective due to packaging or manufacturing flaws can be returned. To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return. Any free gifts received with the purchase must be returned as well.
4. Third-Party Purchases
If items were purchased through sales agents, stockists, or third‑party retailers, returns must be handled directly with the original seller. Only purchases made through our official website qualify for returns through this process.
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced once assessed and approved.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return‑shipping costs. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. If a return is rejected after inspection, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them.
7. Cancellations
Once an order has been paid for and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
8.Storage & Usage Responsibility
We cannot accept returns caused by improper storage or misuse. Products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Opened, unsealed, or expired products are not eligible for return.
